Cemented carbide is kind of alloy material made of the hard compounds of refractory metals and bonding metals by powder metallurgy process. Cemented carbide has a series of excellent performance such as high hardness, good wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

Our Strengths

Compared with the domestically widely used rubber-mixing (or paraffin-mixing) molding and sintering processes, the process used by our company has many advantages: there is no rubber or paraffin plasticizer in raw materials and the compaction density distribution is uniform, which can reduce the risk of defects in sintered compacts such as inclusion, carburization, layering and cracks. In particular, the sintered residual pores are basically eliminated, which thus greatly reduce the sources of cracks and crack propagation channels in the products and enhance the overall performance of the products.
