AWS A5.22 E308T1-1 is titania type CO2 shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, perfect joint’s appearance, less slag covering during welding.

AT-Y308 is titania type CO2shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, perfect joint’s appearance, less slag covering during welding.

☆Applications

For 18%Cr-8%Ni stainless steel(SUS304) used in petrochemical machinery and pressure containers.

☆Notes on Usage

Austenitic in deposition contains a number of ferrite that results less cracking. Deposition under welding condition is with better procedure, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

☆Characteristics on Usage

AT-Y308L is a gas shielded all position stainless flux cored wire. It features with excellent smooth acr, lower spatter and excellent slag removal ability. It is designed for joining of stainless steels.

☆Applications

For welding types 304, 308 and 308L, fabricating of stainless pressure vessel and widely used in the areas of food and petrochemical industries.

☆Notes on Usage

Welding within recommended amperage, controlled interpass temperature to avoid carbide precipitation and corrosion in the HAZ.
