Characteristics on Usage

AT-Y309 is titania type CO2 shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, steady arc, perfect joint’s appearance and less slag covering during welding.

Applications

For welding same type of stainless steel, low carbon steel and low alloy steel. Also can be used in priming coat welding of stainless clad steel, mild steel and low alloy steel.

Notes on Usage

Austenitic in deposition contains a number of ferrite which results less cracking. Deposition under welding condition is with better corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It is also suitable for welding of diluting part of carbon steel matrix because of its plenty of alloys.

AT-Y309L is titania type CO2 shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, steady arc, perfect joint’s appearance and less slag covering during welding.

Applications

For welding same type of stainless steel and clad steel. And also can be used in inner surfacing of pressure container as depletion layer or interior machinery in areas of nuclear reactor.

Notes on Usage

Because of attribute to low carbon type, 309L is with resistance of intercrystalline corrosion without stabilizing elements such as Nb and Ti.
