AT-Y316 is titania type CO2 shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, steady arc, perfect joint’s appearance and less slag covering during welding.

Applications

For 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo(SUS 316).

Notes on Usage

Austenitic in deposition contains a number of ferrite which results less cracking. Perfect procedure and flaw-free joint are acquired after welding. Besides with ability of corrosion resistance in diluted sulphuric acid.
