AWS A5.29 E81T1-Ni1 is titania type CO2 shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, perfect joint’s appearance, less slag covering during welding and perfect mechanical properties after weldment.

It is titania type CO2shielded flux cored wire for all position welding. There are characteristics such as lower spatter loss, perfect joint’s appearance, less slag covering during welding and perfect mechanical properties after weldment.

☆Applications

For all position welding of 590MPa high tensile steel, be widely used in building machinery, bridges and tanks welding.

☆Notes on Usage

★Use 100% CO2gas.

★CO2mass flow should be controlled at 20-25l/min.

★Out stick should be controlled in 15-25mm.

★.Proper preheating(60-150℃) according to grade of steel and plate thickness in order to be free from cold crack.
